Also known as Columbus Filters (from Columbus Industries, Inc.), raccoglivernice© Paint Overspray Collectors or Arrestors are multilayer filters used in paint mist and Overspray Filtration, to catch and capture particulates from the exhaust air of liquid paint spray booths.
Classified as Hi-tech Paint Collector, these baffle/strainer-type paint collectors consist of up to eight layers of slit and flame-retardant expanded kraft connected by longitudinal seams in silicone-free yarn.
HIGH CAPACITY MM + 2MM Paint Overspray Collector (HC_2M200) consists of the following layers, in air-flow direction:

HIGH CAPACITY MM + 2MM Paint Overspray Collector (HC_2M200) features:
- high efficiency as well as excellent holding capacity
- flame-retardant expanded kraft layers, with final back layer in mini-mesh
- incorporates a final synthetic filtering layer (fine fibers 20 µm) to capture fine particles and provide long service life
- all the layers are overlapped and tied by sewing
- suitable for high efficiency one stage filtration or final filtration
HIGH CAPACITY MM + 2MM Paint Overspray Collector (HC_2M200) has been designed to solve hard situations with dried Overspray in applications that require an efficiency higher than that of HIGH CAPACITY EUROSUPRA (HCS2) filter combined with the high storage capacity of High Capacity MM + 2MM (HC2M) filter.
The efficiency is higher than the filter HIGH CAPACITY EUROSUPRA (HCS1) with an operational life slightly lower than High Capacity MM + 2MM (HC2M) filter.
