Contract of Sale

The following contract concerns the general conditions of sale by AEROFILTRI Srl via www.aerofeel.com.

Terms of sale

• Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: All contracts will be concluded directly through access to the corresponding website at www.aerofeel.com, where the customer can conclude the contract for the purchase of goods and / or desired product carefully following the instructions and procedures laid.
  These general conditions of sale are integral and essential part of the sales contract, for this reason they must be examined “on line” by the customer before completing the purchase process. The submission of the order confirmation implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
  The general conditions of sale may be updated or changed at any time by AEROFILTRI Srl that will communicate through the pages of the website. The customer agrees and undertakes to provide for their printing and storage.
  The customer, by sending electronic confirmation of your purchase order, unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply, in its relations with AEROFILTRI Srl, the general terms and conditions, including conditions of payment described below, claiming to have I have read and accept all the information provided to him.
• Products: Products are described in the related “data sheet”; AEROFILTRI Srl undertakes to indicate the features of the various devices on sale, however, assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies and / or differences with respect to the information on the data sheet.
• Prices: All sales prices of the products shown within www.aerofeel.com not include VAT; taxes are added (where provided) and prices updated in the act of purchase.
  List prices are subject to change, AEROFILTRI Srl reserves the right to change at any time without notice.
  The valid price for the sale is that indicated on the order form at the time of purchase, please check it before confirming the order.
• Product availability: AEROFILTRI Srl accepts customer orders only for products in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by AEROFILTRI Srl of the purchase made by the Customer is subject to stock availability of the products themselves.
  The update of the inventory is constant, in case of out of stock AEROFILTRI Srl undertakes to promptly notify the customer about the unavailability of the product and provides the cancellation of the order.
• Payment: There are several payment methods on www.aerofeel.com (detailed in “Payment Method” chapter).
  The payment methods allowed are: PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.
  Through PayPal you can pay by credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
  In case of payment by Direct Bank Transfer the goods will be shipped after the receipt by the seller of the order amount.
• Shipping: See the specific “Shipping Methods and Times” chapter about times and costs for delivering the goods.
  It’s to read it carefully, as an integral part of the sales contract. At order confirmation is considered that the customer is aware of and accept the conditions indicated.
• Withdrawal: The consumer, as required by law, has the right to cancel the order within 10 days of receipt of goods.
  To make the withdrawal, the product must be complete, must not bear signs of wear or damage. When supplied with the product must be returned even original packaging and accessories. The right of withdrawal is lost if these conditions are not complied with.
• Privacy: The order will be archived by AEROFILTRI Srl to allow the completion, the data will be stored and processed in accordance with current legislation on privacy. As required by Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, No 196 concerning the protection of personal data.

• Order Completion: At the conclusion of the order will be sent an email with a copy of the data of the products, costs, customer references, shipping address and other useful information. It will be possible to access the order and check its status in the “View Order” (for registered Users) and “Track your order”.
• Applicable Law and Disputes: The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 No 206 about Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 No 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce. The contractual conditions are subject to change, any changes will be posted on the website and will come into force on the date of publication.

Shipping Methods and Times

Orders are shipped by courier express.
Orders received from December 23rd to January 6th, will be shipped starting from January 7th.
Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the purchased product and can be viewed at check-out.

Goods Warranty

www.aerofeel.com sells high quality goods of which guarantees the originality and integrity at the time of shipment.
The products are new and in perfect condition, in the data sheet are reported the main features of the products.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer, as required by law, has the right to cancel the order within 10 days of receipt of goods.
To make the withdrawal, the product must be complete, must not bear signs of wear or damage. When supplied with the product must be returned even original packaging and accessories. The right of withdrawal is lost if these conditions are not complied with.

How to make the return:

• Make a request for withdrawal by contacting customer service by email at aero@aerofiltri.it
• Wait for the reply from www.aerofeel.com
• Proceed with shipping the product

Once received and checked the returned product www.aerofeel.com, will refund the amount of the product. The only costs that will not be refunded is the shipping cost. Refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after the return of the product how specified by the customer in withdrawal form.

Payment Methods

Direct Bank Transfer
When choosing Direct Bank Transfer the payment must be done within three days from the date of order, otherwise the order will be canceled.
On the reason for payment must be given the order number, the date and customer informations.

It’s also possible to use PayPal to make secure purchases on www.aerofeel.com.
If you have a PayPal account you can proceed to the payment using your credentials. Alternatively, you can create a new account with PayPal (so that, once registered, you can make additional purchases without having to re-enter the data again) or pay with your credit card or debit card as unregistered users.
The amount will be charged to the credit card or debit card indicated at registration. As for credit cards, PayPal also protects the user’s data.

In case of withdrawal from the order, if you have used this method, the refund will be paid into your PayPal account.
