Online Store

AEROFEEL is an online store using for correct operation cookies and JavaScript.
To purchase on AEROFEEL, make sure that your web browser allows the use of cookies and javascript.

For a better experience we recommend the following modern browsers:
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 10+.

The data collected on AEROFEEL are used by AEROFILTRI SRL to process Orders and Invoices and are only those strictly necessary to complete orders.

All tax informations will be kept for 10 years according to the law.

To find out what data we hold, you can write to privacy@aerofeel.com using the email address you use to log in.

If you wish to cancel your Account, you can request it by writing to privacy@aerofeel.com from the email address you use to log in or with whom you have completed Orders on AEROFEEL.

Deleting your account will not however destroy the tax information on any invoices or transport documents.

Shipping and Transport

AEROFILTRI ships in 72 working hours after the order payment,
couriers used by AEROFILTRI 48 hours maximum delivery time with statistical reliability of 97%.
It is noted that the shipment of the goods purchased is immediate in the case of payments made through Paypal while for payments by bank transfer, the goods will be sent only after the receipt of payment.

We recommend you to check to have correctly filled in your billing / shipping address.

Shipping costs are calculated using weight and volume of the goods in the order, according to the Couriers rates.
Filters shipping costs depend mainly on the volume and not on the weight of your shipment.
Filters are goods with a low value per cubic meter, which is why the incidence of the shipping cost on the order total may appear relevant.

To minimize the incidence of Filters transport costs is recommended to add to orders goods with limited volume as instruments, PPE and accessories.

At the moment this is not allowed; for special transportation needs contact us.

Orders and Payment

If you have a promotional code / a COUPON or a Store Credit you will be able to use it to apply a discount on one or more products or on the entire order.
You can use your COUPON code both on Cart page, in order summary, and on Checkout page, before process the order.
On Cart page, enter the code in the box below the ordered products and press the “Apply Discount” button: if your code is valid you will receive a confirmation message and you will see the discount applied in the “Cart Totals”.
On Checkout page, before entering your billing & shipment information click on “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”. Click and enter your code in the box that appears and confirm by clicking on “Apply Discount” button: if your code is valid will be displayed a confirmation message and you will see the discount applied in the Order Summary.

Of course, simply choose PayPal as payment method and you could use your credit card / prepaid card (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, …) without necessity of having a PayPal account.

How can I change an order already made and paid?

In order confirmation sent via e-mail you will find the address to contact for any communication.
We recommend you to check that you have correctly typed your e-mail address.

If you have created an account during Checkout (or however the order was placed with an account previously registered), you can access your account and view your orders.
In the order page will also be available shipping information (with link to Track your package), the possibility of repeating the same order, the ability to print the invoice.

If you do not have an account or have not used an account to place your order, you can still trace the progress, by entering the order number and e-mail address with which it is performed on Order Tracking page.

Yes, this is one of the advantages to register an account on AEROFEEL. By accessing your account you can view your orders and place them again by clicking the “Order again” button under the order summary table.[/toggle]

Right of withdrawal / Refund

The customer has the right to return the goods at his own expense to AEROFILTRI Srl Via Liguria, 4 31038 PAESE (TV) ITALY within 14 days of purchase and to be refunded.
To start the return process fill in this form. Once received and approved, it will initiate the return process and open the practice of refund.
