Filter Cartridges are filtering solutions suitable for Dust Collection in Air Filtration.
Cleanable and reusable in most applications Filter Cartridges have a wider filtering surface area compared to traditional Filter Bags for efficient particle removal with very low pressure drops; are easy to install and replace and require a low consumption of compressed air for cleaning.
The filter media used for Cartridge Filters realization are mainly Pleated or Spunbonded Polyester, Antistatic Aluminized Polyester, Polypropylene and Cellulose.
Specifically, Antistatic aluminized Polyester Filter Cartridges are made through special working processes of polyester fabric with applicated aluminum powders that grant high filtration efficiency with the elimination of electrical charges generated on the dust particles to be filtered.
The aluminised layer makes conductive and then antistatic the Cartridge Filter, allowing to unload the electrostatic current.
Antistatic aluminized Polyester Filter Cartridges also feature a considerable mechanical resistance, bearing operating temperatures of about 150° C and ensuring a good tolerance to many chemicals.
Thanks to the smooth surface, these Cartridge Filters grant high stability in air permeability and a perfect detaching of the dust particles and thanks to the antistatic feature are particularly useful in demanding situations connoted by the presence of electrostatic charges.
